Senior Scheduler – T-Minus / RIS

Note: This is a project-based role

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

• T-Minus task tracker Management – provides assurance that all associated T-Minus (Pre-Installation) activities are delivered by the responsible organizations, so the store is ready for conversion
• T-Plus Verification tracker Management – Works with stakeholders to validate that T-Plus (Post-Installation) Activities are delivered by responsible organizations, so the store operates as intended.
• Schedule Analysis – Identifies risks and issues to assess potential impact. Works with appropriate stakeholder to make the necessary adjustments that ensure the overall implementation schedule stays on track.
• Measurement & Reporting – Works in coordination with other team members to produce performance reports related to their specific area of the program.
• Continuous Improvement – Takes a data-based approach to optimize T-Minus/ T-Plus processes with a focus on reducing defects, costs, and improve efficiency.
• Risk & Issue Management – Constantly identifies and promotes solutions to barriers that might impair the implementation plan

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
EDUCATION: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree
YEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: 5+ years
YEARS OF MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE: 3+ years
CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES: N/A


SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
• Expertise in Excel, MS Access, Spreadsheets, and associated tracking applications
• High Analytical aptitude with ability to identify variances and risks within large data sets.
• Experience working within large programs or projects.
• Multifunctional and/or general management experience to work with and understand the unique roles of each function.
• Servant Leader with the ability to maintain accountability and motivation within a highly matrixed organization.
• Reporting, analytics, balanced scorecaring.
• Experience working across project, retail, technology, and support operations.
• Capable of working across all levels within the organization, from sales to C-suite executives.
