Gilbane is seeking a Senior Scheduler to be responsible for developing and maintaining all levels of schedules, for proposals, preconstruction and detailed construction schedules in our Southeast Florida office.
This role will sit in the office and/or on job sites in the Southeast FL area as determined by project needs.

Responsibilities Manage and control all scheduling data through project management software (Primavera P6)Instruct others or make presentations regarding CPM methods and conceptsSupervise staff on a large project to ensure that all scheduling responsibilities are completedLead planning efforts with project personnel to determine phasing and logistic optionsPrepare CPM scenarios for management consideration and incorporate final approach into a complete CPM scheduleEvaluate schedules and updates prepared by others and make recommendations as to their completeness, accuracy and representation as to project statusForecast schedule and costs influencersCommunicate with Owner to assure Customer Satisfaction or implement corrective action when neededPerform schedule and delay analysis and present recommendations to managementEnsure that project teams are aware of and properly respond to risks relative to schedule and delayProvide oversight and notification to management of any concerns regarding contract notice, delay and proper documentation of project schedulesExecute multiple duties and responsibilities efficientlyWrite all forms of professional correspondenceParticipate in formal proposals and interviews for prospective projectsAccurately document schedule basis in narrative identifying critical assumptions for internal use, GMP’s and Owner documentationDocument delay and claim issues QualificationsEXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
BS in Engineering, Architecture or related field5-10 years relevant experienceOr equivalent combination of education and experienceKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Proficient with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office software, including Microsoft Project
