Senior Scheduler

System One is seeking Senior Schedulers in the New York City area with Project Controls/Scheduling experience on Electrical Transmission and Distribution projects. The candidates will support the management of these capital projects and must have experience with Primavera P6 software. This is a great opportunity to join a respected client in the construction and engineering services sector!

Important Details: Temp-to-hire opportunity with possibility of conversion to a permanent position after 520 hours worked Pay rate range: $50 - $60/hr. Salary will be commensurate with experience. Hybrid schedule; in office Tuesday and Wednesday Weekly pay Benefits after 30 days (health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, etc.) 401k after 30 days Job offer will be contingent on drug screen and background check  
RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare detailed schedules and cost-loaded schedules, required for capital work being performed for construction of major electric, gas, transmission, and facilities projects Develop and maintain the Project Schedule throughout the lifecycle of the projects Provide Project Schedule information to support estimating and cost management activities
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: 8 - 12 years of related experience College degree preferred but not required Must be proficient with Primavera P6 software. P6 Certification highly preferred Experience with MS project, cost control SAP, Maximo, AACE, etc. would be attractive as well
