Senior Scheduler
What You Will Do:

Gannett Fleming TranSystems is looking for are seeking highly-motivated Senior Schedulers for large scale transportation and transit projects of various types.

 

Responsibilities:

Develop proposal schedulesDevelop preliminary, initial and progress schedulesDevelop cost and labor resource loaded schedulesWrite narrative reports, schedule reports, activity reports, logic reports, cash flow/schedule variance control diagrams Coordinate with project management for schedule updatesConduct time impact analyses Utilizing multiple scheduling software packages (P6, MS Project, etc)Develop and Maintain detailed CMP schedules with loaded resourcesDevelop recovery schedules and claim schedules when requiredIntegrate multiple contractors’ schedules into Master CMP SchedulesDetail and Define Scopes of workCoordinate and attend project pre-bid meetings Participate in Pre-Construction, Participate in Procurement and ExpeditingBid and Proposal preparationWork with project staff and managementInteraction and coordination with clients’ representatives

 

Additional Responsibilities

Estimating and BudgetingManagement of multiple projectsConstructability reviewsEducation | Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline preferred; commensurate experience in construction projects including experience in estimating, planning, management, coordination and scheduling, and design-build work will be considered. Minimum 15 years of scheduling for construction management, design/build, general contracting and owners representative experience.Highly proficient with P-6 (primavera 6) E. license is a plus but not a requirement.Experienced with construction phasing and organization of building componentsAbility to understand and integrate contractual obligations into project control toolsAbility to compile and analyze dataOrganizational skills, oral & written communication and team attitudeCompany Overview:

Location: Remote
Core Business Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Employment Status: Full-Time
Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000
Salary dependent upon experience and geographic location
