What you’ll do:
Develop and maintain accurate schedules to support efficient execution of work, cash flows, and cost forecasts
Manage a fully coordinated schedule within the CVE Primavera Database
Provide comprehensive schedule reports using data from CVE systems and contractor information, ensuring a “no surprise” performance management approach
Monitor performance against baselines to ensure objectives and critical metrics are met
Identify, analyze, and respond to project opportunities, risks, and uncertainties
Apply change control processes effectively
Review contractor schedules for accuracy
Who you are:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent in experience
7-10 years relevant work experience and experience managing teams
Support development & implementation of 3rd party software tools (Cascade, P6 mobile, Maxavera, etc.)
Understanding of Front End Loading (FEL) concepts
Ability to support multiple projects of various sizes
Proficiency in database applications and Primavera (P6)
Knowledge of Earn Value Method (EVM) and Cost Forecasting Methods
Communicate schedule risks and consult on mitigation options
Identify and communicate “scheduling crashing” opportunities
Drive standardization in scheduling practices
Participate in squads to enhance business functions
Expertise in project scheduling and planning
Experience with project control systems
Knowledge of stage-gated project execution processes
