Senior Scientist, Flow Cytometry

Key Responsibilities: 

 

Offer flow cytometry expertise and provide technical support. Perform bulk and single-cell sorting, using FACS and MACS-based techniques. Prepare samples for subsequent downstream processing. Collaborate with functional teams to design and conduct FACS-related experiments. Meet established timelines, maintain accurate records, and actively participate in meetings. Prepare presentations and regularly communicate to internal stakeholders.

 

Essential Qualifications:

 

PhD and independent research or development experience using flow cytometry methods. Familiarity with BD FACS instruments is strongly preferred

 

 

Essential Experience:

 

4-6 years of post-PhD laboratory experience. Multi-color flow cytometry and bulk and single cell sorting, using FACS and MACS-based methods. 2+ years of experience with recombinant antibodies and molecular biology, NGS related. Data analysis and presentation.
