Senior Scientist PFAS - Medical Device Chemistry and Container Testing

In 2021, Eurofins generated total revenues of EUR 6.72 billion, and has been among the best performing stocks in Europe over the past 20 years. + Perform physical, chemical, and instrumental analysis of medical device products + Run the instrumentation independently including, but not limited to, various chromatographic systems (HPLC, IC & GC), UV/Spec, various wet chemistry analyses, FT-IR, ICP, DSC and dissolution apparatus + Consult with clients to understand their testing needs + Develop and adapt specialized PFAS testing for client specific projects + Preparing samples for analysis and running instrumentation with minimum supervision + Set up and validate new analytical or related processes used by the department + Prepare standards and samples for analysis + Execute method transfer protocols + Document work as required for GMP compliance + Perform monthly maintenance of laboratory equipment Minimum Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or related degree concentration + 3 years of experience using chromatography in an Environmental or cGMP environment + Experience with PFAS testing or characterization + Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
