In this vital role you will help discover the medicines of tomorrow through the development and use of chromatographic methods for the analysis and purification of small and hybrid (peptides, siRNA, oligonucleotides, mRNA) molecules. Utilizing a diverse set of Analytical tools and technologies, such as (but not limited to) RPLC, SFC, chromatography modeling, advanced analytical and preparative-scale purification. The successful candidate is also expected to assist in research efforts directed at improving process efficiencies, expanding the range of assays and applications, building state-of-the-art analytical capabilities, and improving technologies and infrastructure. The professional we seek will possess these qualifications **Basic Qualifications:** + PhD with relevant post-doc or industry experience **Or** + Master's degree and 3 years experience **Or** + Bachelor's degree and 5 years experience **Preferred Qualifications:** + A Bachelor’s or Masters’s degree in organic chemistry, or analytical chemistry. 6+ years of relevant experience with chromatographic analysis and/or purification of small molecules in a pharmaceutical R&D environment. + Exposure to SFC, LC/MS, mass directed purification, analytical/preparative SFC, knowledge of other analytical techniques (NMR, MS) + Chromatography hands-on experience + Creative problem-solving skills. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Authored scientific publications. + Interest in building new analytical capabilities to enable analysis and purification of complex modalities. **What you can expect from us** As we work to develop treatments that take care of others, we also work to care for your professional and personal growth and well-being.
