About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Securities Operations Representative.

In this role, you will:

Perform a variety of operational tasks for complex securities or process extensive knowledge of systemsProvide ideas for improving or implementing processesPerform moderately complex duties such as processing, researching inquires and reconciling transactionsReview time sensitive documentsProvide training or work direction to less experienced staffAddress compliance and corporate governance issues for the departmentLead or participate in projectsCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsInteract with internal customersReceive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Securities Operations experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationCandidates are required to have good understanding of the Trade life cycle, risk areas associated with the process and ability to resolve the issues/escalations diligently.Query and Escalations handling at deskClosely worked with Trade processing, settlements, Pre matching processes.Experience in Securities Operations, Securities set up, Pricing, anything within securities industry or in Investment Banking will be an added advantage.Shift Timing(IST): 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
