Senior Security Consultant- GRC
**Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred. + 5-7 years of experience in consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role overseeing security delivery + Strategy: Expertise in developing and implementing strategies that drive business outcomes. + Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of required technologies, platforms, and architectures. + Client Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders. + Project Management: Ability to manage project scope, timelines, and resources effectively. + Problem-Solving: Analytical and critical thinking skills to solve complex business and technical challenges. + Foundational skills in asking pertinent questions to grasp business challenges and identify key metrics or objectives. + Developing internal communication skills, learning to effectively communicate with different levels of management. + Proficiency in managing multiple tasks, including requirement gathering, document writing, and support activities. + A problem-solving mindset, contributing creative solutions to complex issues in collaborative team environments. + Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel + The capability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively. **Want to learn more about Consulting Services & Security Team?
