Identity Access Management - Support Engineer
The Identity Infrastructure Support Engineer is a member of the Information Identity Management team responsible for support of the identity directory services, user access provisioning, and de-provisioning, implementation, and maintenance of IAM technology and related infrastructure, Application Development Life Cycle (SDLC) security, auditing, identifying, and handling exceptions. This role reports to the Manager, Identity Management.
What You Will Do:-
Partners with architecture and incident response teams to help solve issues with Identity related solutions.
Actively engaged in our Process and planning
Engages the necessary internal IT resources to enable the technology lifecycle process when needed.
Provides a single point of contact and hands-on escalation and remediation for critical issues.
Proactively communicates relevant technical information and alerts on known issues, hotfixes, new releases, etc.
Investigates and triages incidents to determine root causes and proactively prevent similar issues in the future.
Provides regular status reports for critical incidents and projects for upper management.
Provides third-level support and analysis during and after an incident within Identity or security.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, accounting, finance, business, or related discipline
10+ years of technology experience, including troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis of complex IT solutions.
5+ years of experience working in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
Experience with Active Directory, Certificate issuance, AzureAD, SSO technologies:
Active Directory
PKI and cert management
AADC
SAML / OAuth2 / OIDC
ServiceNow Knowledge around ticket management
Effective communication skills with a proven ability to understand key concepts and communicate with technical staff, lines of business, and senior management
Familiar with PowerShell (automation), XML, able to execute queries ( KQL, Kibana)
Experience with modern Azure AD implantations using CA ( Conditional Access )
Experience with M365 and how these platforms interact with each other
Knowledge of IT end-to-end problem management and root cause analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficient in working in a fast-paced, complex, dynamic, multicultural business environment
Knowledge of IT end-to-end problem management and root cause analysis
Knowledge around GCP / AWS
Saviynt / SailPoint IGA practice knowledge
Industry-specific certifications in Azure, including one or more of the following MS Exams:
MS-100/101, AZ-300-4, AZ-500, MS-600, SC-300
