To ensure the safety and security of Alila Bangsar KL guests and team members as well as its property assets and resources.
Management Responsibilities1.Be actively involved in building teamwork and enhancing the team’s commitment to their work and the hotel
2.Understand the hotel’s vision and brand personality and ensure it is integrated in your daily work practices
3.Actively and successfully train people to work according to hotel’s standards
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist the Security Manager in planning the security strategy for the hotel.Prepare monthly roster and control the daily operation under the supervision of the Security ManagerIn the absence of Security Manager, will act on his capacity and assume tasks and responsibilitiesHandle incoming reports, cases or complaints, both from guests and team members.Organize, supervise and prepare all necessities in handling over shifts and inventories, finalize all outstanding work from previous shift, control each station, and monitor situation and stay alert on any changesInspect the standards of security team members reporting for dutyCommunicate all instructions to his team members and ensure enforcementLeads investigations and prepares reports based on the established standardsChecks all records of all stations and complete appropriate entries in the security logbookRegularly does roving duty and inspects the whole area and premises of the hotelWrites report on any case following all immediate verbal reports to Security ManagerDo not allow any unauthorized people inside Fire Control Centre/CCTV roomRegularly implement body searches and bag checks at the team member entrance/exit areasEnsure all visitors to back of the house areas are registered and recorded.Legal Responsibilities
Responsible for keeping up to date concerning all Malaysian legislations with regard to technical and safety aspects.Description

1.Minimum SPM certification
2.Experience in similar position or one position lower
3.Possesses people skills by approaching challenges / mistakes in a professional and objective manner
4.Possesses relevant administrative skills
5.Has a confident personality
6. Be reliable and ensure you are at work on time
7. Know your role in case of emergency such as bomb threat, flood, fire etc
