In the role of Senior Server Systems Administrator, we'll count on you to: Conduct engineering and administration of local and enterprise-wide production infrastructure systemsPerform third-level problem resolution of production systemsPerform complex maintenance tasks for production systemsProvide coaching and guidance to System Administrator I and II staffConduct technology implementation tasks with limited review required by higher-level technical/managerial staffPerform analysis of existing technology systems to ensure stability, reliability and predictabilityParticipate in technology projects and provide consulting input on appropriate network/systems technologies to support project objectivesConduct capacity planning and upgrades to production systemsConduct ongoing reviews with vendors supplying infrastructure technologies and services to HDRConduct development and adoption of standards and best practicesCoordinate and facilitate technology system designs and changes with other IT function teamsParticipate in client-billable projects as needed under direction of Project Managers and/or technology consultantsProvide leadership responsibility in establishing enterprise-wide standards and best practicesTake responsibility for overall design and standards of assigned enterprise-wide infrastructure technologiesPerform other duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience administering and supporting converged infrastructure.

· Configuration and support of Ansible automation platform experience strongly preferred.

· Knowledge of NIST 800-171 and CMMC 2.0 regulations

· Experience with server level micro segmentation

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, related technical area, or the relevant combination of education and relevant experience A minimum of 5 years' of experience with administration and support of technology systems Experience on project design and implementation of infrastructure systems Proficiency in Server Systems Administrator II functions In-depth technical knowledge of network and systems architectures and technologies Ability to develop innovative ideas for generating new approaches to solve problems Ability to gather technical requirements and translate into technology solutions Excellent client services and interpersonal skills Ability to communicate needs and new ideas with users and management Ability to write technology evaluations and make recommendations to management Ability to work with vendors to request service and work through defective product issues Self-starter able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision Attitude and commitment to be an active participant of our employee-owned culture

The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.) California: $90,860.00 - $159,300.00; Colorado: $82,600.00 - $129,800.00; Nevada $82,600.00 - $118,000.00; Montana $78,470.00 - $112,100.00; Washington $99,120.00 - $141,600.00
