The company has yearly revenues of $20+ billion, with over 57,000 employees serving customers in 160 countries on six continents SUMMARY Seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual for the position of Senior Service Coordinator / Senior Field Service Coordinatorto join our rapidly growing Professional Services team. The Senior Service Coordinator / Senior Field Service Coordinator position is based in Bradenton, FL and reports directly to the Digital Enablement Manager., The ideal candidate for this role will be a self-motivated, critical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Assess all incoming requests for Professional Services, coordinate scheduling with our Partners, Vendors and Internal teams. • Track time and expenses for all projects via Salesforce • Responsible for all Professional Services billing based on completion of projects/service work • Manage onboarding of vendors & support purchase order process. • Manage Insurance Certificates, local licenses and requirements. • Manage vendor & Professional Service contracts – utilize DocuSign for execution where required. • Maintain Statement of Works, Opportunities, Service Requests & Leads via Salesforce • Ensure each customer is given the necessary services and follow up to fill ongoing service needs. • Maintain good relationships with Partners and Professional Services Customers. • Expand the list of resources and providers to assure there are no gaps in services. • Respond to email inquiries, develop, and organize file structures. • Coordinate teams/zoom meetings with vendors, customers & internal teams. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • High School Diploma • 2+ years of experience in a customer facing role providing administrative Commercial Experience or Field Service Coordination. • 1+ years of experience with MS Office to include Word (mail merge) and Excel (pivot tables, Vlookup and complex calculations) PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor’s Degree • Tableau experience a plus • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. • Experience with using the Salesforce CRM platform. • High quality organizational skills. • The ability to work well under deadlines and to multitask. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
