Education/Certification Requirements: BS, Engineering, Management Information Systems of Related Technical Degree or 10+ years of Experience. ServiceNow Certification a Plus.
Specific Duties
This position will provide the ServiceNow Platform Administration services including but not limited to:
Upgrade all instances when ServiceNow releases updated versions that require preparation, testing, and bug fixes across production and non-production environments.Setting up and configuring ServiceNow instances, cloning, update sets, API and Restful web services integrations, certificate management, MID-Servers, etc.Perform routine maintenance to include performance monitoring and error identification/ remediationManage Instance Security, User/Group Access/Access Control ListsManage deployment of update sets and synchronization of changes between multiple ServiceNow instancesResolve help desk/support tickets for reported incidents or defectsAdhere to internal standards, policies, and proceduresPerform other duties as assignedRequired Skills
U.S. CitizenshipKnowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in ServiceNow systems administration and supportDemonstrated experience with upgrading systems, software migrations, and resolving help desk ticketsExperience configuring mid-serversStrong experience deploying in an Agile Environment.Our Company Overview:
