As a Senior SHE Professional, you will be working as part of the Safety, Health & Environmental Team. This position is responsible for managing and implementing all aspects of the OSHA Process Safety Management (PSM) program at our Diagnostics Manufacturing Operations site in Branchburg, NJ.
This position will provide PSM leadership, technical support, training, conduct risk assessments, lead incident investigations, and develop specific health and safety policies related to the PSM regulation. This role will also manage the PSM internal safety self-inspection process, identify corrective actions, and maintain departmental metrics reporting.
The PositionLead all OSHA Process Safety Management (PSM) elements for the site.Develop and implement standards, guidelines, and systems to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.Conduct risk assessments or process hazards analyses to identify, assess, and continually reduce risk associated with processes involving highly hazardous substances.Integrate risk management and incident investigations to identify root causes and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.Participate in emergency planning and the site’s emergency response teams. Respond to emergency situations as needed.Who You AreYou have a Bachelor's Degree, advanced degree preferred, in a relevant field such as Engineering (Chemical or Process), Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related discipline.You have 5-7 years of relevant experience in EHS, with a focus on Process Safety Management, risk management, and incident investigation.Proven experience in conducting/leading risk assessments and developing risk mitigation strategies.Proficiency in conducting incident investigations, root cause analysis, and developing corrective actions.Proficient in using EHS software and tools to manage data, track corrective and preventative actions to closure, and monitor compliance.Experience in developing and implementing EHS standards, guidelines, and systems.Familiarity with relevant EHS regulations and standards, such as OSHA, NFPA, EPA, and other local regulations. Professional EHS Certifications preferred

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of New Jersey is 95,500.00 - 177,300.00 USD Annual. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
