The Shift Lead Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing lead direction to Security Officers at assigned client site(s) on assigned shift(s). Observes and reports activities and incidents, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises.

The Shift Lead Officer maintains the security and safety of the client site by supporting and providing their Security Officers clear guidance and leadership. If you have experience in the Security Industry and want to take the next step in your career you could be a great fit for this role.
What We’re Looking For: Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Be the friendly face and first point of contact. Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication is essential. Proficient Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge required. Physical Endurance: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Flexibility: Must be available for weekend shifts. Provide excellent customer service to visitors and staff Logistics styles positions involving truck gate operations: ID check, license plate and serial number review. Comfortable doing Mobile and foot patrol. Must be comfortable with working in an outdoor environment

Requirements:
SORA license (or willing to obtain) Driver’s license ( Clean driving record) High school diploma/GED 18 years or older 2 or more years in a shift lead position.
