As a Senior Supply Chain Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our current SQL-based planning tools, while identifying opportunities for process improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) processes align with our strategic goals, optimizing efficiency, and effectiveness. We are looking for a passionate Data Analyst who is a strong team player and is able to turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions.

What You'll Do Oversee the maintenance of existing SQL-based planning tools, ensuring their reliability and accuracy. Identify and implement enhancements to improve functionality and user experience. Analyze current SIOP processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Develop and propose solutions to streamline operations, enhance data quality, and improve decision-making. Conduct comprehensive data analysis to support SIOP decision-making. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into operational performance, forecast accuracy, and other key metrics. Work closely with teams across sales, marketing, finance, and operations to gather requirements, share insights, and implement process changes. Ensure alignment and consensus on planning assumptions and outcomes. Lead projects related to SIOP tools and process enhancements, from concept through to implementation. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Provide training and ongoing support to users of SIOP tools, ensuring they are equipped to utilize them effectively What You'll Need Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related role, with a focus on S&OP or supply chain planning. Proficiency in SQL and experience with SQL-based planning tools. Experience with SAP and SAP Business Warehouse reporting. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Excellent project management skills, with a track record of leading successful improvement initiatives Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and levels of the organization. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and data transformation tools (e.g., Alteryx, Knime). Your Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
