Job Title: Senior Site Manager, MS Offsite

POSITION PROFILE: The Senior Site Manager supervises the day-to-day operations and staff at Managed Services (MS) sites. This role requires that 80% of the time be spent on managerial duties and no more than 20% operating production equipment. The Senior Site Manager will develop, implement, and review related procedures, invoice accounts, interact with customers, and help maintain acceptable profit levels to ensure customer expectations are met. The role is responsible for overseeing 13+ employees or services revenue of $80K+ per month at a single site.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Routinely demonstrates and fosters a positive and helpful work culture. Encourages and builds strong relationships with all co-workers and external vendors. Handles formal and informal communication with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Maintains high customer service standards. Effectively manages the implementation and execution of RICOH Service Excellence programs, ensuring high standards are met across all operations. Supervises labor and material costs to achieve profitability goals, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to company standards. Supervises and holds accountable a team of employees, ensuring they meet quality and efficiency goals. Provides training as needed, including machine operations and workflow training. Ensures adherence to quality standards, including deadlines and audits. Improves operational quality and consistency by implementing company performance and operational procedures. Actively works to increase employee retention by reducing turnover and fostering a positive work environment. Recognizes and motivates employees for their achievements. Coordinates with the sales department to resolve issues concerning pricing, orders, and invoicing. Ensures proper staffing levels by matching employee skills and equipment with production demands.
Completes site reports and necessary paperwork in a timely manner.

Performs additional responsibilities as required.

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications):


High school diploma or GED is required.
Minimum of 3+ years in a related field is required. Experience in delivering classroom and/or informal training sessions is essential. Experience operating advanced machines and performing complex tasks is also required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong goal-setting ability with clear prioritization of realistic objectives.

Proficient PC skills and familiarity with standard business software applications.

Ability to remain updated on current industry technology and trends by reading relevant journals and materials.

WORKING CONDITIONS, MENTAL AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:


Typically in an office setting with adequate lighting, ventilation, and a standard temperature/noise level.

The role involves some physical effort, which may include standing, walking, bending, reaching, or lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Regular use of basic skills such as hand tools, calculator, keyboard, and eye/hand coordination is required.
