Position: Aligned Modern Health seeks a passionate Senior Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy, digital community engagement and partnerships. In this role, you will be the voice of Aligned Modern Health across social platforms—developing and executing a compelling content strategy, fostering an active and engaged online community, and building strategic partnerships to drive audience growth and expand our reach. Your work will play a critical role in increasing brand awareness, driving patient consideration and new patient acquisition, and positioning AMH as a leader in functional medicine and holistic healthcare. This position reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and is fully remote. Travel to Chicago will be required 1-2 times per year. The role pays $70,000-$80,000 per year (based on experience) plus up to $10,000 discretionary annual bonus potential. Key Responsibilities. + Develop and execute a dynamic social media strategy aligned with our brand vision and business objectives + Create, curate, and manage high-quality content that tells our brand story, and resonates with our target audience to drive new patient acquisition and existing patient engagement + Oversee and execute daily posting and platform management, ensuring consistent high-impact messaging + Identify trends, opportunities, and ideas to support the development of our ongoing content strategy + Cultivate and engage with an active digital community, and foster meaningful conversations and relationships with current and prospective patients + Identify, develop and manage strategic partnerships with national and local ambassadors, wellness brands, and industry leaders to amplify our reach + Establish growth goals, analyze performance metrics, and refine strategies to optimize results + Provide regular, insightful performance updates Who You Are: + A strategic marketer with strong business acumen and a proven track record of driving meaningful results + A social media and digital marketing expert with a passion for healthcare, wellness, and storytelling + A creative thinker with excellent writing, design and communication skills; extensive experience in content creation including concepting, overseeing and executing photo and video shoots + A team player with a proactive mindset, collaborative spirit and ability to adapt in a fast-growing environment Requirements: + Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field + 3-5 years of client-side marketing experience; and 1-2 years of agency experience preferred + Expertise managing all social media platforms with a strong understanding of other digital channels + Strong portfolio of past work and references required + Travel to Chicago 1-2 times per year Why Aligned Modern Health?
