This role in summary

Develop and deliver software features towards successful delivery of project

 Develop global embedded Software solutions and IoT solutions

Your responsibilities will include

End to End ownership of Project Deliverables.

- Knowledge on  on the Developing , Debugging of C# / Python scripts

- Proficient on the Developing , Debugging of C# / Python scripts for Automation 

- knowledge on Software Quality attributes ,SME for Software System Test 

- Collaborate with project SI and Scrum Team on the defect leakage and project planning.

- Advocate of Agile Methodologies., Scrum team more towards Scrum master or Product Owner 

- Monitor and Tracking of Feature coverage Metrics and report out in defined frequency. 

- Able to perform requirement engineering. 

- Responsible to mentor & review the work done by  team members 

- Responsible for reviewing test scenarios, test cases based on business requirements with the help of Project   

   team

- Able to design and develop test cases for NUD & specific  features. 

- Estimate the Test effort by analyzing the requirements and scope of project 

- Critical analysis / thought to solve problems

- Knowledge of microprocessor/microcontroller architecture, hardware basics

- Plan testing resources for the projects 

- Follow set SW development process and ensure compliance 

- Prepares / updates the SW metrics dashboard at the end of a phase or at the completion of

  project

 - Able to perform impact analysis based on requirement and software changes. 

Minimum requirements

B.E.  Electronics Engineer, E& TC , Computer Engineer, Mechatronics or correlated area

Proficiency in the C and Python language 

Ability to read datasheets, software & hardware reference documents, create Embedded setups and debug hardware related issues without supervision;

Fluent English

6+ years of experience with professional software engineering practices over all aspects of software development life-cycle including writing requirements specifications, developing design guidelines and coding standards, performing code reviews, source code control, build systems, testing, release engineering and field support

Knowledgeable of theory and use of Test Driven Development (TDD)

Preferred skills and experiences

Lead technical forum across globe to share knowledge and best practices 

Focusses Master & Teach ( Operational Competency/ Integration Competency/strategic competency) Proficient in overall Software & Hardware Test competency 

- Master in one of the Test Automation tool, Proficient in one or more 

- Certified professional in Test Automation Development Tool (Ex : ETAS, NI, Dspace , ISTQB) 

- Strong in C# scripting. 

- Trained/ Certified in Scrum Master (CSM) /CSPO 

- Proficient in WPD process 

- Proficient in one of the platform systems 

- Able to perform multi objective optimization through a combination of advanced numerical techniques (RSM, Genetic Algorithm, Solver combination etc.) 

- Able to apply new physics to solve new problems leveraging Programming, scripts, solvers combination etc.; - Technical understanding of full syst/em / Simulation type / Load case / Product attribute etc. for different product category 

- Application of basic OPEX/Lean tool and technique/critical thinking

Knowledgeable of theory and use of Test Driven Development (TDD)

Experience with User Interface Design patterns (MVC, MVP, MVVM)
