Lead the design and development of test automation frameworks.Mentor team members in test automation best practices.Manage and optimize test automation environments and pipelines.Analyze test failures and collaborate with developers for resolution.Evaluate and implement new test automation tools and technologies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.3+ years of experience in test automation.Expertise in programming for test automation (Python, Java, C#).Hands-on experience with advanced testing frameworks and CI/CD tools.Excellent communication (Chinese and English) and leadership skills.
