We are currently recruiting out of Downer’s Grove, IL (hybrid in-office schedule), and Atlanta, GA (work-from-home). As a Senior Software Developer, you will: + Contribute to the design, implementation, and deployment phases of agile software development. + Develop new features and infrastructure to support evolving business needs and project requirements. + Build and maintain scalable distributed systems that enhance user experiences and drive business growth. + Lead new projects from initial concept through to deployment. + Ensure high performance, uptime, & scalability of applications while maintaining rigorous standards for code quality & application design. + Design, build, and integrate RESTful APIs to ensure seamless data flow between systems. + Develop custom solutions and applications using Microsoft Power Apps. + Create insightful and interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI. + Automate workflows and business processes using Power Automate. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. + Ensure application performance, security, and responsiveness. + Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software. + Collaborate with software partners, team members, and customers to develop solutions. + Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in full stack development and the Microsoft Power Platform. Requirements You’ll need to have: + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or comparable career experience. + Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role. + Proficiency in front-end languages and libraries (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular). + Experience with back-end languages (e.g., C#, Python, Java, .NET, Node.js). + Strong knowledge of database management (e.g., SQL, NoSQL). + Extensive experience with RESTful API design and implementation. + Expertise in Microsoft Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate. + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to excel in a team-driven environment. (We want to make sure you’re set up to succeed, and we view these as the critical skills you’ll need to achieve great things at Corcentric!) It’s great if you also have: + Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS) + Experience with CI/CD tools and practices. + Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, ADO, etc.). + Certification in Microsoft Power Platform or related technologies. + Experience within the transportation or trucking industry + Knowledge of Vehicle Maintenance System (VMRS) codes and various Dealer Management Systems (DMS) & Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems (Psst…Don’t worry if you don’t check all these boxes… we view this as helpful experience that can shorten ramp-up time!) Your compensation package upon joining NationaLease will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to your relevant professional experience and qualifications; your certifications, training, and educational achievements; your geographic location; and NationaLease business and organizational requirements. It is expected that the base salary for this role will be between $90,000 - $120,000 annually, plus eligibility for our annual discretionary bonus program.
