Senior Software Developer   Job Description Summary:  + We are seeking an exceptional Software Developer to support The United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) IGC program. The Integrated Data Environment & Global Transportation Network Convergence (IGC) Program at Scott AFB provides unified access to data and services for material asset visibility, supply chain management, and logistics across combatant commands, military services, and federal agencies. Join a dynamic team driving innovative logistics solutions to enhance warfighter readiness and effectiveness. Roles & Responsibilities:   + Designs, develops, and maintains software applications. Experienced using programming skills to create high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements and industry standards. + Designs and develops software to meet user needs, and ensure the software is scalable and efficient. + Develops and conducts software testing to ensure the software is free from bugs and meets the client's design requirement + Provides technical guidance and mentor junior developers. + Collaborates with cross-functional teams, such as web designers, product managers, and QA team Requirements:   + Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science, from an ABET accredited or CAE designated institution OR + Bachelor’s degree (any field) + One of the certifications: FITSP-D, GCSA, GISF, SSCP + 5 years of technical experience with IT or IT related programs supporting DoD/Federal Agencies.
