Responsibilities: * Fully grasp and understand the corporate vision, goals, and strategies * Senior Software Developer will work with the Software Development Team Lead to prioritize tasks based on the corporate vision, goals, and strategies * Interact directly with the entire user community (from the company president on down) to ensure our business processes and software systems support the corporate vision, goals, and strategies * Collaborate with other team members, including non-developers, while developing software systems * Document all business processes, database schema changes, and code changes * As a Senior Software Developer, you will provide end-user training as required, which may entail traveling to remote office locations * Follow prescribed coding standards * In summary, the Developer is also the Project Manager, Designer, Architect, Analyst and Tester
