Reliability Engineering aims to increase the time that providers spend on patient care by reducing technology disruption.  Reliability Engineering leads in-depth investigations into system issues, identifying root causes and providing comprehensive solutions to enhance the reliability of Oracle Health products. Your role involves diagnosing complex problems, gift-wrapping actionable resolutions, and collaborating closely with product teams to implement improvements.  

Responsibilities

Performance Optimization: Expertise in Java and SQL, with additional preferred experience with memory management, design patterns, .Net, and C++. Innovation and Improvement: Diagnose complex issues, propose actionable solutions, and collaborate with product teams to enhance system performance and reliability. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with or mentor developers, testers, and system admins to troubleshoot and/or refine algorithms and data structures for efficiency. Internal Development: Lead or contribute to projects enhancing observability in Oracle Health products. Cloud Architecture: Preferred experience with cloud-native setups, familiarity with AWS or OCI is beneficial.
