Qualified candidates will be analyzing user requirements and defining functional specifications using Agile methodology; Optimizing database infrastructure performance and management tools by fine-tuning configurations, optimizing queries, and enhancing software efficiency using Python, GCP, Terraform, Linux, CI/CD, Shell, Groovy, AWS, and Azure; Collaborating within a cross-functional engineering team to facilitate the development of new features and software utilizing GCP cloud services; Implementing and maintaining robust monitoring and alerting systems, ensuring high availability and reliability of infrastructure components and services, while actively participating in incident response and post-mortem analysis to improve overall system resilience and performance; Utilizing scripting languages such as Shell, Python, Groovy, or Go to automate routine tasks and jobs, employing deployment tools like Ansible, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines within various cloud environments, including GCP, AWS, or Azure; and documenting modifications and enhancements made to the applications, systems and databases as required by the project.
