Kforce's High Tech Retail client in Rocklin, CA is looking for a Senior Software Engineer, SRE with Full Stack production support experience to join their team. Team Overview: Devender oversees production support for all their customer facing B2B and B2C websites. In this role, you are focused on one small piece of a large puzzle. In ESRE, you get to work on a broad range of features/projects - length and breadth. This person will participate in a 24/7 support team - on-call rotation once per month. Duties/Day to Day Overview/Role Breakdown: * 70% - Operations work - triage, trouble shoot, monitor applications - working across all parts of the customer journey (landing page, PIP, browse, cart, checkout flow, etc) * 30% - Engineering work - building automation tools/tasks, etc.
