Job Description

We are looking for a smart, self-motivated and versatile Sr. Software Engineer.  As a member or a full-stack Agile team, your will be responsible for all aspects of product development to continuously iterate on improving our product. Our Agile teams vary between 3-6 members in size and are fully empowered to deliver customer value working directly with stakeholders. We pride ourselves on learning at every opportunity while holding each other to the highest standards.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience writing multi-threaded code in a high level programming (i.e. C#, Java, or similar)Experience developing Microsoft .NET applicationsExperience developing RESTful API's used with web browsers, mobile applications, and back-end serversExperience with ReactJS, and modern component librariesMastery of object oriented design methodologies, threading, and resource managementStrong understand of relational databases and ORM frameworksExperience with modern, full-stack CI/CD toolchain on a public cloud providerPassion for developing clean and easy to maintain softwareSkilled in TDD, automation, and practices that result in high-quality softwareExperience with Linux and Windows operating systems on physical and virtual environmentsAbility to research and learn new technologies quicklyDesire and enthusiasm for mentoring less experienced engineers on your teamMotivated and self-directed to solve a broad range of technical problemsCreative and efficient problem-solving skills and a desire to move quicklyAbility to learn and adapt in an agile development environmentDesire to work on a collaborative, high-energy development teamStrong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate across remote teams and a global organizationBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline

Preference will be given to candidates with the following:

2+ years of experience developing and deploying web services on cloud based infrastructure (i.e. Azure, AWS)Desire to take on leadership roles as opportunities present themselves.You know how to build SQL queries to manipulate data in a databaseKnowledge or experience in the following specifications: ONVIF, OData, RTSP, WebRTCExperience with distributed computing applicationsUsed tools and written scripts to manage continuous deployment and integration, monitor usage and troubleshootingMasters Degree in Computer Science (or a related field)Experience build web, mobile, server applications

This position is based in either Fort Collins, CO or Fresno, CA and the candidate must reside in these Greater Areas as you will be required to go into the office on a hybrid work schedule.

The base salary range for this position in California and Colorado is $115,000 - $135,000 depending on experience.
