Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a Senior Software Engineer in Westlake, TX. Job Role and Responsibility: Analyze highly complex business requirements and implement complex initiatives and enhancements. Develop new projects and interfaces for customer facing portals and modernization/service integrations. Perform overall systems testing as well as the migration of platforms and applications to production. Perform code reviews - ensuring requested functionality is implemented in order to meet functional and performance expectations. Verify program logic - overseeing the preparation of test data, unit testing, and programming debugging. Troubleshoot customer issues and production incidents. Determine and implement efficient and cost-effective software/package solutions. Provide training and guidance to junior developers. Develop new documentation, departmental technical procedures, and user guides. Ensure that quality, security, and compliance requirements are met for supported areas.
