Senior Software Engineer

Location Qualifications: Bucharest (hybrid, 2 days in the office)

Position Overview: 

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be pivotal in crafting innovative solutions that transform the creation, organization, and distribution of sales content. Catering to Sales Enablement specialists and Marketing Content Owners, you'll harness cutting-edge technologies to continuously elevate our platform, maximizing its impact on our users.

Your role will involve not just expanding and refining our codebase, but also driving innovation for new features. You’ll take full ownership, writing functional, automated, and scalable code that operates seamlessly within our cloud infrastructure and is efficiently monitored.

Key Responsibilities: 

Drive the development and enhancement of backend features Deliver high-quality, maintainable, and testable code that supports long-term platform stability Design and implement cloud-native software solutions Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment, using an agile, iterative process Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality through effective testing strategies Optimize application performance and ensure seamless integration with backend systems

Are you our next Backend Engineer?

Must haves

Team player 5+ years of experience as a Backend developer Extensive experience with backend programming languages such as NodeJS, PHP, or Kotlin Ability to comprehend simple to complex (cloud) architectures and define improvements Experience in cloud environments, preferably AWS Experience with the agile way of working

Nice to haves

Experience with digital asset management, and content management in any of its forms Appetite to learn and help with frontend features (using Angular)
