Job Description

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in our Small Business Lending Group as part of Consumer Technology. Learn more about the career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com.

This position will involve using Oracle 19 or higher, Visual Studio/IntelliJ 2022, React JAVA, J2EE, JUNIT, Spring, and RESTful Services to complete the design, coding, and configuration management of Small Business Services applications. In addition, this position will be responsible for unit testing and peer reviews of custom solutions.  This position will also be required to lead technical efforts that integrate our custom SOA services/ APIs with micro services using Sales Force Composite API’s and graphs.

In this role, you will:

Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environmentsContribute to large scale planning of strategiesDesign, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deploymentsReview moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and proceduresResolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirementsCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goalsLead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff


Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education4+ years of experience working with Oracle as a Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS)4+ years of experience with Java Message Service (JMS) tools such as WebSphere MQ, Solace, Rabbit MQ or Kafka Integrations, etc.4+ years of developing Java Microservices
 

Desired Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in web application development and web programming development5+ years of Core Java experience with a minimum of 2 years working with Sales Force API’s and composite resourcesBachelor’s degree in electronic engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field of study

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$100,800.00 - $179,200.00
