In this role, you will:

Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environmentsContribute to large scale planning of strategiesDesign, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deploymentsReview moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and proceduresResolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirementsCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goalsLead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff


Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

Experience with Sharegate or other SharePoint tools.Experience with Agile Scrum or Kanban methodologies.Experience with security solutions and strong security focusCloud certifications such as AZ-900, MS-900, or equivalent/higher.Deep understanding of networking, Operating Systems, and applications.Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.Ability to research and report on a variety of issues using problem solving skills.Ability to act with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management.Demonstrate a high degree of reliability and trustworthiness.Detail oriented, results driven, and able to navigate in a quickly changing and high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities.Exhibits appropriate sense of urgency in managing responsibilities.Available to flex schedule periodically based on business need.Take ownership of assignments and help drive assignments of the team.Dedicated, enthusiastic, driven and performance-oriented; possesses a strong work ethic and is a good team player.Engaged in organizational initiatives.
