We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in Python and AWS to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of professional experience in software development and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain software applications using Python.Utilize AWS services to architect, build, deploy, and manage scalable and reliable applications.Lead and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support in their professional development.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development.Proficiency in Python programming language.Extensive hands-on experience with AWS services such as S3, Lambda, Fargate, and others.Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers.Preferred Qualifications:

BMS has a diverse occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work.
