**ManTech** is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Se** **nior** **Software** **Engineer** to join on our team in the **Chantilly, VA** area. **Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:** + ​​Building software and web development + ​Driving software design, development, integration, configuration management, transition planning, acceptance testing, and deployment activities. + ​Continuous Integration\Automated Testing\DevOps.​ **Basic Qualifications** **:** + Experience with ​​Agile software development experience Java\JEE, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher, GitLab, ElasticSearch, Grafana, Kibana. + ​Experience with Web Development. + ​Experience with Cloud-based technologies(familiarity with AWS service offerings). + ​Experience with DevSecOps and CI/CD pipeline. + ​Experience with designing and documenting microservice-based architectures. + ​Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases. + ​Experience with distributed systems (services and databases). + ​Experience with developing /debugging and/or testing of web applications and web services.​ + Experience with Test, Verification, and Deployment Experience.​ + B.S. in a technical field with 5+ years of software engineering experience **OR** Master's Degree in a technical field with 3+ years of systems engineering experience. **Security Clearance Requirements:** + An active and current ​TS/SCI w/ poly​ is required. **Physical Requirements:** + Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% + The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. + Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer. + The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
