As part of the Enterprise Capabilities and Solutions (ECS) – Software Engineering (SE) Guadalajara group, you will lead the development of custom web and mobile applications using agile methodologies, Cloud, and DevOps practices. Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor an agile software development team in designing and architecting secure back-end solutions for mobile and web applications.Develop and implement robust back-end components for mobile and web apps, ensuring high performance and scalability.Dedicate time to advancing your skills, exploring new technologies, and building Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to drive innovation.Ensure code quality by writing comprehensive automated unit and acceptance tests.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and technical requirements.Essential Skills and Experience
Extensive experience in software development with proficiency in Python, Java, and JavaScript/TypeScript.Strong expertise in SQL/NoSQL databases and designing APIs and Microservices.Experience leading teams and projects, with experience in agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).Experience with Node.js, serverless applications on AWS, and Linux environments.Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for learning and innovation.Excellent communication skills to work effectively with global teams.Desirable Skills and Experience
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.Knowledge of Event-Driven Architectures.Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD), Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), or pair programming.Experience with Front-End technologies such as Angular and React.Understanding of containerization and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.Our Work Environment
