Mission of the Role: To understand and convert the functional requirements for software development independently. Responsible for high level and detailed design specifications, converting them for development and unit testing. Supports implementation and functional/integrated testing.

Key Objectives of this Role: As a member of an international team, you will be part of the design process that includes:

Converting software requirements to design documents

Coding and software development

Implementation and testing Documentation and reporting Automation and process improvement

Qualification, Experience and Skills:

A positive and self-driven achiever with:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s preferred) 4+ years of automotive software development Very high level proficiency in the software languages required (Ex: C, C++, Java, etc…) Good knowledge of software development life cycle Experienced in handling multiple projects simultaneously to completion Knowledge of automotive and domain features and different functions, systems Familiarity with DevOps process, tools and methodologies Familiarity in Continuous improvement and build process Experienced in Agile/SCRUM terminologies Good understanding of autospice process to guide others

Technical and Functional Competencies

Embedded software development experience using C with work experience on Infrastructure. Having more than 2 years of experience in using the VECTOR Davinci tool and could configure and generate the OS, MCAL, BSW, RTE Experience in MCAL configuration using TRESOS RTE configuration and generation using Vector Davinci tool Problem solving and debugging skills on AUTOSAR 4.2.1 Experience in handling: 8/16/32 bit microcontrollers ADCs, PWMs, TIMERs Interfacing the Peripherals such as I/O devices, EEPROM, ADC, FLASH memory, Display interfaces devices using I2C/SPI/UART/CAN/LIN. Understanding of the electrical circuit diagrams/ Layouts. Experience in Automotive background is mandatory. Should be results oriented. Good knowledge in software development life cycle, agile methodologies and Should possess good communication skills.
