What we’re looking for in the recruit is hands-on experience with the Laravel framework.
We are looking for past projects or job positions that use the Laravel framework. The framework should have been used as a core of that project, not as a side tech.
Main positions should be developer positions, not system design or management positions.
Frameworks like Code Igniter, Zend or Symfony are too different from Laravel, we can deny these people too.
No junior developers. We have limited open positions for backend, which means we want people that can work without any hand holding from managers/senior positions.
