For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._ Pay Rate: $80 - $90/Hour W2 **Experience Requirements:** + Experience delivering backend applications in a production environment + Expertise in Java, scaling databases (NoSQL, SQL), stream processing + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Experience building RESTful services + Understanding of async programming models (events, callbacks, promises, async/await) and threading/concurrency + Understanding of source control concepts and exposure to Git + Self-learner, independent, excellent problem-solving skills + Experience with build and deployment technologies such as Jenkins and Docker + Experience working with AWS _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.
