Own and lead work streams of activity within client engagements and manage teams of Consultants and Analysts Provide Oracle HCM Cloud, Payroll, Compensation, Absence Management and Time & Labor implementation expertise The candidate will work with our core business SMEs and technology teams to develop initial designs for configurations, configure prototypes, and lead configuration workshops for the Oracle Cloud solution Demonstrate the configurations through the development of prototype systems and management of configuration/prototype workshops Helping to build, configure and test integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and JPMC internal systems Serve as an Oracle HCM Cloud Technology specialist offering technical consulting expertise and guidance to our project teams Complete the work assigned within the allocated time Adhoc responsibilities & tasks based on changing priorities
  7+ years’ experience configuring and implementing FusionAt least 2 years experience in the completion of full life-cycle implementations with Oracle / Cloud HCM SuiteAt least basic experience with Oracle's Cloud Payroll solutionBring working knowledge of customer business domain and/or product within a specific industry vertical/domainConduct secondary research on domain/industry specific solutionsIdentify key trends and forecasts in the given area of domain/industry
