We are the only automotive provider focused exclusively on cockpit electronics – the fastest-growing segment in the industry.  Mission of the Role: We are seeking an experienced Web application and Eclipse Tool Developer to contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of software tools essential for AUTOSAR/Non Autosar systems development. As a pivotal member of our engineering team, you will be instrumental in enhancing our toolchain to meet the evolving requirements of our projects and clients. Key Objectives of this Role: Develop and maintain web and Eclipse-based tools for AUTOSAR/Non Autosar software development. Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure seamless integration of tools into the development workflow. Enhance existing tools and develop new features to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Stay updated with AUTOSAR standards and industry best practices to continuously improve our toolset. Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams on tool usage and best practices.   Key Performance Indicators: Timely delivery of tool enhancements and updates. Adoption rate of new features by the engineering team. Reduction in development time and errors due to improved tool efficiency. Customer satisfaction ratings for tool performance and support. Contribution to overall project success and client satisfaction.   Key Year One Deliverables: Successfully integrate new AUTOSAR/Non Autosar tool features into the development workflow. Improve tool efficiency by 40% as measured by time saved in the development process. Implement 50% number of customer-requested features or enhancements. Provide training sessions and documentation to ensure the engineering team's proficiency with the updated toolset. Qualification, Experience and Skills: Specify the necessary qualifications, skills, and experience required to perform the role, including education, certifications, and work experience.   Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Proven experience in software development using java, java web application with a focus on web and core plugin development and customization. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Java web development, electron, C/C++, or Python. Batch scripting, CSS, HTML, Java Script Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) is a plus. Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines is desirable. Key Behaviors: Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
