We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Developer to join our team. As a Senior Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, scalable, and robust software solutions using Java. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, design efficient solutions, and deliver high-quality code. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Java development best practices, solid problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality software.

Primary Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and robust software solutions using Java
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design efficient solutions
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following Java development best practices
Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with the team
Troubleshoot and debug applications, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner
Optimize application performance and ensure scalability
Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in Java development
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process and the team's skill set Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of professional experience in Java development
Experience with frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate
Experience with database technologies, such as SQL and NoSQL
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns
Solid proficiency in Java and a deep understanding of Java development best practices
Proven solid problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and debug complex issues
Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Proven solid attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality software
