As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll support and guide the team's consistent delivery of iterative value to your clients. You’ll mentor your team, helping develop their overall capabilities.

About the Role

Develop and test very complex software solutions with minimal directionRelease and validate software, developing new deployment patterns as necessaryLead software support, incident resolution and blameless reviewsDevelop code modules and patterns useful within the teamConduct exploratory or experimental work to develop prototypesGuide code and design reviews for the teamProvide software documentation and demonstration for technical and non-technical audiencesMentor team members on any of the above

About You

Experience solving problems by developing software solutions that require innovationExpertise with the programming languages, frameworks and platforms used by the team, such as C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Angular, .NET Core, Node.JS, Angular, React or AWSWorking experience on CICD process, App development and RAMLExperience developing software modules or patterns used within the teamExperience designing integration tests, leading software releases and providing ongoing supportExperience helping facilitate and create Agile software development practices and artifacts, such as user stories, backlog refinement and sprint planningExperience mentoring and developing othersExperience providing thought leadership to influence software development practicesBachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline5 years of experience in a professional software engineering or similar roleExperience developing for a cloud environment or cloud provider certificationExperience designing or refining continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD)Agile certification
