Primary Responsibilities:
Architect and design Salesforce solutions tailored to enhance analytics and CRM functionalities, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices Develop and customize Salesforce applications, including but not limited to reports, dashboards, and analytics tools, to support data-driven decision-making processes Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their analytics and CRM needs, and translate requirements into effective technical solutions Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation, leveraging Salesforce capabilities Develop and implement complex Salesforce integrations, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization between systems Provide technical guidance, promoting Salesforce best practices and ensuring high-quality code delivery Perform regular system maintenance, including troubleshooting, bug fixes, and performance optimization Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features, enhancements, and industry trends, and proactively suggest innovative solutions to improve analytics and CRM capabilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as data scientists, business analysts, and project managers, to 4 successful project delivery Maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture, design, and development processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and future system enhancements Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role on sales force tech stack Proficiency in Salesforce Tools: Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs Solid understanding of data modeling, data migration, and data integration techniques Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business problems and design effective solutions using Salesforce Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Communication: Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills
