Senior Software Engineer

Tuvli is seeking a Senior Software Engineer able to design, develop, enhance, troubleshoot, and maintain mobile (Android/iOS) and web-based application solutions for the Army Housing Enterprise Systems to various levels of specifications.
**Responsibilities**
+ Hands on .Net C#, SQL, SQLite, Swift/Objective-C, Java architect interacting directly with the clients.
+ Developed a mobile version of the Army Housing web site for Android and iOS platforms using modern cutting-edge technologies (Swift, Objective-C, Xcode 10, ADK/Java/Android Studio).
+ Redesigned & Restructured the Army Housing Web site using .NET C#/VB, Azure, DevExtreme ASP.NET MVC5, .Net Core, AJAX, JQuery, AngularJS, reactJs, backbone.js, bootstrap.js, and other JS frameworks/tools.
+ Used agile/scrum development and testing methodologies to ensure ongoing high quality code timely feature turnaround.
+ Collaborated with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
+ Unit-tested code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
+ Worked on bug fixing and improving application performance.
+ Normalization of database designs.
+ Continuously discovered, evaluated, and implemented new technologies to maximize development efficiency for web/mobile based solutions.
+ Integrated various applications using 3rd party APIs (REST/SOAP)
+ Worked with technical staff to understand and develop new web applications and rewrite existing legacy applications using SDLC best practices.
+ Performed technical design, coding, testing, and documentation functions within the application development process.
+ Assisted with administration of Windows 2008/2008R/2012/2013 server environments.
+ Assisted with administration of VMWare View 5.0+, vSphere 5+, vCenter.
+ Assisted with various server management related tasks.
+ Assisted in installing and upgrading the SQLSERVER and application tools
+ Assisted in enrolling users and maintaining system security
+ Assisted in controlling and monitoring user access to the database.
+ Assisted in monitoring and optimizing the performance of the database.
+ Assisted in planning for backup and recovery of database information.
+ Assisted in backing up and restoring the database.
+ Responsible for addressing miscellaneous production issues using effective and efficient debugging practices.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree.
+ Nine (9) years plus of experience with modern full-stack development using cutting-edge technologies, .Net/C#/MVC, Android (Java/Android Studio), and iOS (Swift/Objective-C/X-Code) and should have engaged throughout the full life cycle of the product including architecting, developing, documenting, troubleshooting, supporting, bug fixing, and deployment.
+ Must have a current secret clearance.
