Description We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team in Des Moines, Iowa. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your expertise in .NET C# development and bring new technologies and tools to our team. You will work in an agile environment, developing and implementing innovative software solutions. Responsibilities: • Implementing innovative software solutions using .NET C# • Introducing new technologies and tools to the team • Collaborating in an agile environment to ensure efficiency and effectiveness • Developing and maintaining RESTful API web services • Ensuring the codebase is efficient, reusable, and reliable • Working closely with other team members to meet the objectives and goals • Adapting to new software and technologies quickly and effectively • Participating in all phases of the software development cycle • Continuously improving software engineering practices within the team • Maintaining a high standard of work quality and encouraging others to do the same Requirements • Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Minimum of two years of detail-oriented experience as a Software Engineer. • Proficiency in programming with C# - Sharp. • Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions. • Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming. • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. • Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with the latest industry trends. • Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies is a plus.
