As part of the engineering team, you will also assist with other development processes and requirements as needed.

Responsible for software development lifecycle activities, including system study, analysis, design, code, test and deploymentWork with product and engineering team members to identify product requirements and help define scope, objectives, and plans accordinglyWrite, analyse, optimize, and debug application code to maximize security, performance and qualityDocument technical specifications and functional specificationsInfluence and guide other engineersLiaise with external partners in integration and seeing it from start to endComfortable with working remotely and collaborating with team online when required

Pre-Requisites

Proven expertise in writing clean and efficient codeExperience with Node/ExpressExperience with MongoDB, MySQL, MSSQL and ORMsExperience with test driven developmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a small teamAble to articulate clearly and communicate well in English and MandarinShow willingness to keep up to date with technology trendsGood understanding of security concepts and session management (SSO)Enjoys working in a collaborative, technically challenging environment with rapidly changing requirementsAt least 5 years of experience in software engineering fieldBSc degree in Computer Science or related field
