Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond. **Responsibilities** We are looking for passionate people with experiences working with all service aspects of high throughput and multi-tenant services, ability to design components carefully, properly handle errors, write clean and well-factored code with good tests and good maintainability. Primary responsibilities include: • Works with appropriate stakeholders to determine user requirements for features. • Implements features with efficient code that meets existing coding standards and uses established patterns, with emphasis on reusing code where it makes sense. • Embraces a systematic approach to analysis and data-driven learning through experimentation. • Identifies dependencies, creates, and drives sign-off of design document for a feature, with oversight. • Learns to break work down into smaller tasks and provide high-confidence time estimates. • Acts as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) working on call to monitor system/product feature/service for degradation, downtime, or interruptions. Alerts stakeholders as to the status and gains approval to restore system/product/service for simple problems. **Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java + OR equivalent experience. **Other Requirements:** Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. Software Engineering IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
