Responsibilities include: + Developing cutting edge civil construction machine control software systems. + Developing sophisticated graphical user interfaces using Qt. + Developing cross platform applications. + Designing and implementing sound solutions for products by interacting with internal and external experts and customers. + Evaluate alternative frameworks and design paradigms to provide advice on future product development methodologies and strategic direction. + Assist in the design and provision of stable development environments for fellow application developers. + Improving existing market leading machine control products. Skills & Experience: + Excellent knowledge of and experience in C/C++ Development. + Strong knowledge of and experience with Qt. + Strong knowledge of relevant IDEs (Qt Creator / Visual Studio Code etc.). + Sound knowledge of various operating systems (Windows / Linux / Android etc.). + Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills. + GUI development experience preferred. + Cross platform development experience desirable. + CMake build system experience desirable. + Docker or other containerization platform experience desirable. + Ability to work in a fast-paced development environment. + Ability to work well in a small team environment with outstanding written and verbal communications skills.
