About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer

In this role, you will:

Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environmentsContribute to large scale planning of strategiesDesign, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deploymentsReview moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and proceduresResolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirementsCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goalsLead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staffDesign, develop, and deploy AI applications using LM's, agent framework, and other related technologiesCollaborate with enterprise teams to integrate LLM models with the existing products and systemsDevelop and maintain large scale application is using them Java, Python, OpenShift containers, and other relevant technologiesWork with the copilot, dark intelligence, and other a power tools to develop innovative solutionsStay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, LLM second agentic frameworks and apply this knowledge to improve existing systems and develop new onesTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to applications and models

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, artificial intelligence or a related fieldAt least five years of experience in software developmentStrongly expertise in Java, Python, OpenShift containers, and other relevant technologiesStrong understanding of AI and ML concepts, including deep learning, natural language processing and computer visionExcellent problem-solving skills come up with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issuesStrong collaboration and communication skills come with the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams

Job Expectations:

Knowledge of Chatbots, Gemini, Copilot or Open AI, SWE-Bench is preferredExperience with other programming languages, such as C++Experience with the agile development methodologies and version control systems such as GITCertification in AI, machine learning or a related field
